Comparison The image bellow compares the results obtained for environmental genomes by Biller et al.(2014) and the oligonucleotide-based approach at gscompare.ehu.eus. The clades obtained when ITSs are compared and the ones obtained by our service are the same. A close search of distribution of genomes within the clades also shows the close relationship between both dendrograms.
